Proven experience across technology, financial services, healthcare, retail and commercial services with program leadership accountability and transformational innovations. Proven ‘big picture’ leader with global experience delivering value-add capabilities and successful customer business outcomes.
Josie is a proven strategic program management leader in the ICT and business sector spanning 25 years in Australia and the US in large and small to mid-sized companies. Diverse roles include Director of the Enterprise Architecture practice at Oracle (Aust), Senior Program and Principle Program roles at Oracle US, various Program Lead roles and VP at Bank of the West Enterprise PMO.
Successful project and program management delivery achievements include; Transformational end-to-end delivery of IT, digital and business programs and projects using industry standards and frameworks, methods and process and effective supporting governance, including quality assurance, for product and service release management. A strong focus on effective business to IT liaison (multi and executive levels), has enabled successful transition methods to be applied to a broad range of program and project types. Holistic due diligence across the following program elements including security, privacy, accessibility, performance, redundancy, audit, regulatory, compliance and risk (tracking, mitigation, operational and vendor) assessment and management to deliver significant business benefit realisation.
